Training and Development Division
The Training and Development Division handles internal trainings, programs and bonding activities, while connecting staffers to external learning opportunities like our annual Journalism Camp to enhance skills and teamwork.
Plan and organize internal trainings for staffers and editors across different journalism areas.
Develop activities that strengthen teamwork, connection, and a positive working environment
Coordinate and manage internal events such as workshops, bonding sessions, and skill-building programs.
Collaborate with external organizations.
Ensure inclusivity and engagement during activities and events.
Assess training needs of staffers in areas like TVB, MOJO, writing, and layout.
Prepare materials and guides for skill development (captioning, hosting, reporting, etc.).
Facilitate sessions as a host, moderator, or trainer when needed.
Monitor participation and evaluate effectiveness of activities and trainings.
Encourage active involvement and maintain strong communication with staffers from different divisions.
Adapt plans and programs based on team needs and feedback.
Promote leadership, flexibility, and commitment among members.
